Gunnar Hämmerle Captures Buenos Aires Street Styles

Passion and nonchalance combine to a special flair in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, the heartland of the Tango. Star blogger Gunnar Hämmerle of styleclicker.net made the South American metropolis his hunting ground for exceptional street hair styles. See below what he brought home for us

Photographer and style scout Gunnar Hämmerle is back from Buenos Aires with a knapsack full of the most exciting street style images. Hunting for the exceptional was no problem in the Argentine capital. Especially in the scene quarters, Gunnar found interesting heads galore for his camera excursion. Young artists as well as middle class Argentines live in the bohemian district, which is well known for its lively entertainment after the sun goes down over the vibrant city.

We particularly liked Gunnar Hämmerle's photos of fringed short haircuts, mop tops (mushroom heads), styles with fringes and undercut curly tops. Argentines are hip and therefore love their hair styles cool and easy. Style appears to be almost an afterthought. Striking eye-catchers were the single wide streaks of bleached hair on otherwise dark heads. Several of today's Buenos Aires street styles embrace this style element.

Enjoy our gallery! Gunnar Hämmerle discovered the most interesting street hair styles in Buenos Aires and we don't want you to miss out on the experience.
