Pixie – Short for Expressive Style
Did this ever happen to you? Your hair stylist convinced you to an adventure of a hair style and now you hardly recognize yourself in the mirror? The new look was supposed to be sooo cool. This would have never happened with a hair style classic! Pixie, anyone?

The short pixie cut has never gone out of fashion ever since Jean Seberg made it popular with her role in 'Breathless' in 1960. Even though razor short, the soft stepped haircut still looks feminine. Soft natural waves make pixie haircuts look especially beautiful.
With a good haircut and regular trimming styling the pixie is a breeze. Simply allow your hair to air-dry or blow-dry your hair briefly. Use your fingers to work a trace of styling gel or wax through your hair to create more structure. With a pixie little distracts from your face. It is therefore quite alright if your make-up is on the dramatic side.
